CCTV Maintenance FAQ
Our AMC includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits, camera cleaning and alignment, NVR/DVR health checks and firmware updates, remote access testing, storage verification, emergency call-outs (plan dependent), and a written report after each visit.
Yes. We maintain CCTV and security systems regardless of who installed them, provided they use standard equipment from Hikvision, Dahua, Samsung, or UNV. We conduct a health check audit before onboarding.
AMC clients with Professional and Enterprise plans receive a 4-hour emergency response SLA. Enterprise clients get a 2-hour priority response. Non-AMC emergency call-outs are handled on best-effort same-day basis.
Minor consumable parts are included in Professional and Enterprise plans. Major parts such as cameras and NVR units are discounted for AMC clients. Parts pricing is always disclosed before replacement.
Yes. We offer single-site AMC plans as well as multi-site Enterprise contracts for businesses across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and other emirates — with consolidated reporting and a dedicated account engineer.
If equipment needs replacement, we provide a written upgrade proposal. AMC clients receive priority scheduling and a discount on all new installation work.
